My name is Mike Hargrove. I grew up in Columbus watching my father fix things with his hands. He always said: "if something's broken, learn how to fix it." That stuck with me.

I started as an apprentice at 18, earned my journeyman license at 22, and my master plumber's license at 26. By 2003, I had saved enough for one van, a set of tools, and a dream.
I started ClearFlow out of that single van with a simple promise: honest pricing, quality work, and showing up when we say we will. Within two years I hired my first employee. Today, we're a team of 14 licensed plumbers serving all of central Ohio.
